A 25 minute class created by Amanda to help you stretch out and release muscles in the upper body - shoulders, upper back, arms and wrists, to prevent and alleviate discomfort arising from over long hours spent working the upper body in the same position - for example - sitting at the computer. Practised regularly these exercises will create upper body ease.
