HARROGATE YOGA provides classes and private one-to-one sessions in the centre of Harrogate for people of all levels of ability. The classes are run by Amanda Latchmore who is a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher and Somatic Movement Educator. Amanda has been teaching Yoga classes since 1997, she also runs regular workshops and has created a series of Downloadable Yoga Classes.

CLASSES INCLUDE:

BEGINNERS These courses take a maximum of 8 students in a small studio in the centre of Harrogate. Amanda has had special training in the teaching of Beginners.

LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 These courses take place at the Academy, Oakdale Place (no need to be a member), and at the York Place studio.

PRIVATE ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS  Amanda has many years experience in teaching a variety of individuals from ultra-fit professional footballers to people with health problems such as M.E. and arthritis.

These are some of the things people have said about Amanda and her classes:

“Amanda is an inspiration. An experienced practitioner herself, her fluidity of movement is beautiful to observe. Labelling her as a Yoga teacher is too narrow. She has a breadth of skill, talent and knowledge that means every class provides you with a new learning or a different way of looking at things. She is non judgemental in her style and is highly perceptive to the mood and needs of her class members. Her ability to adapt her teaching accordingly means that you always get what you need from a class. Thank you Amanda."
Mike Butterworth( Physiotherapist) and Lindsey Jackson(Pilates teacher)
