This is what Justine Brooks says about her experience of a mini course: ‘I’ve been looking to deepen my yoga practice and learn new elements to bring into my personal practice for some time, so this short course was perfect for me. Amanda’s understanding of somatic processes, her breadth of training and experience is enormously impressive and she has much to impart for any yogi who wants to explore a deeper somatic awareness in their yoga practice. As a psychotherapist specialising in trauma, I find so much at so many levels in Amanda’s teachings and feel that this course has benefited me on a professional as well as a personal level.’  

The upcoming Heart and Soul mini course includes elements of Slow Flow style. This is an opportunity to explore how our organs can be a source of buoyant support via visualisations and in asana practice. We’ll aim to bring more presence to our organs; more congruence between our actions, our feelings and emotions; and ultimately for our movement to become more pleasurable!
