The upcoming Heart and Soul mini course includes elements of Slow Flow style. This is an opportunity to explore how our organs can be a source of buoyant support via visualisations and in asana practice. We’ll aim to bring more presence to our organs; more congruence between our actions, our feelings and emotions; and ultimately for our movement to become more pleasurable!
