The next mini course will be Heart and Soul – it will include elements of Slow Flow style. This is an opportunity for inquiry into how our organs can be a source of support in asana via visualisations and asana practice. We’ll aim to bring more presence to our organs, more congruence between our actions, our feelings and emotions – leading to asana practice that feels effortless and pleasurable.
