There are currently three places available in the Vinyasa Slow-Flow morning classes starting at Harrogate Yoga in January. Amanda has over twenty years experience of teaching yoga – her Vinyasa Slow-Flow Yoga classes in Harrogate have always been very popular. Both the Level 1/2 course on Tuesday evenings and the Level 2 course on Wednesday mornings, are Vinyasa Flow style. Classical asana are practised in flowing sequences, with breath awareness, pranayama, mindfulness meditation, satsang and relaxation. Classes also include an embodied anatomy approach to inform healthy alignment in asana.
