Book now for Amanda’s next online mini course!

The next mini course will be Love the Lumbricals – a video sets out the theme: a focus on how lumbrical movement can support your breath, increase your ability to ground with the earth and be present in the world. Via the video and live online classes you’ll learn how to optimise range of movement in your hands and feet, apply new found support from hands and feet to asana. And you’ll find out what the lumbricals actually are!

This is what Justine Brooks says about her experience of a mini course: ‘I’ve been looking to deepen my yoga practice and learn new elements to bring into my personal practice for some time, so this short course was perfect for me. Amanda’s understanding of somatic processes, her breadth of training and experience is enormously impressive and she has much to impart for any yogi who wants to explore a deeper somatic awareness in their yoga practice. As a psychotherapist specialising in trauma, I find so much at so many levels in Amanda’s teachings and feel that this course has benefited me on a professional as well as a personal level.’

About Amanda

“I began practising yoga in 1972 and I loved the effect it had on me – of gradually becoming stronger in mind and body, more resilient to life’s ups and downs, more connected to my feelings, more joyful and more creative. Both my yoga journey and my creativity gained momentum in the early nineties, it was at this time that I was privileged to begin learning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga………….”
